is a seven-week program designed to help people with chronic illness use their “dis-ease” as a catalyst for positive transformation. It is a psychotherapeutic, holistic, and creative group process intended to inspire people to live a higher quality of life no matter what their circumstances.
In order to heal our physical body, we must also pay attention to our mind and spirit. By adopting a holistic view of health which acknowledges the connection between body, mind and spirit, we can reach levels of well-being we never dreamed possible. Furthermore, the use of creative arts allows us to tap into our body’s innate healing capacity and helps unblock obstacles to health and wholeness, which is our natural state.

Participants in the program
- Utilize drama, art, writing, movement, and other creative avenues, to delve into unconscious emotions, beliefs, and thoughts that may be greatly affecting health.
- Learn to become aware of the subtle and not-so-subtle messages from the body that something needs attention.
- Begin to understand how core emotional issues and behavioral patterns relate to the physical condition and may manifest as symptoms.
- Work with the grief and loss that accompanies life-changing illness.
- Imagine and “become” the holistically healthy self they aspire to be.
The body is a wondrous, miraculous intelligence. What would happen if you decided that the sole purpose of your illness is to guide you closer to your soul purpose? Let’s find out!
To enhance the course, participants use the Imagine Health Workbook, which provides a daily teaching and creative assignment to keep them inspired and engaged when away from class. The workbook can also be used on its own for people unable to enroll in Imagine Health.
